Councilman Canek Aguirre will deliver remarks at the Rotary Club of Washington, DC weekly meeting to discuss his work on the Alexandria City Council and throughout the region. Aguirre’s service on regional boards includes: the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission, the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board, and WMATA. He is the immediate past chair of the Virginia Board of Social Work.
